Jeremiah Program Rochester-SE MN is part of a national organization with a mission to disrupt the cycle of poverty for single mothers and their children, two generations at a time. Rochester Jeremiah Program campus provides housing for JP families in the 40-unit residential campus and continues to expanded their 2Gen programming to reach even more moms and children in our community.

Our support helps nurture the lives of these Moms and kiddos. We will provide a meal in JP Cook4Kids on April 25, 3:30-6pm, at the Jeremiah Program site 2915 JEREMIAH LANE NW, ROCHESTER.

There are many ways to participate, please feel free to sign up for more than one thing. If you sign up to bring food please drop food off at 3:30pm at the Jeremiah Program. Please be sure any containers you need back are labeled. We will bring them back for you to pick up at the St. John's Parish Center during office hours.
